This is how Staffio came into Existence!
A few years ago, just a few months before the global outbreak of Covid-19, I, Abdallah Khalifah, the CEO and Founder of Staffio, who has been offering expertise in sales and customer service to clients across different regions and markets for years. I had a frustrating customer experience with a company due to poorly handled calls by their agents, causing me to go from being a loyal customer to an angry one. That day, I decided to turn my frustration into an opportunity. I wanted to create a solution that would improve the customer journey for both customers and agents. This is how Staffio came into existence!
